This Privacy Policy describes how 7xOptions collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our platform. We take your privacy seriously — we are an analysis tool, not a data broker.
1. What We Collect
Account Information
- Email address and name (provided at registration)
- Password (stored as a salted hash — never in plaintext)
- Subscription tier and billing status
Platform Activity
- Tracked ideas and shadow trade records you create
- AI chat history (strategy conversations)
- Notification preferences (email, Telegram settings)
- Usage analytics (pages visited, features used, session duration)
- Alert acknowledgements and dismissals
Technical Data
- IP address and approximate location (country/region)
- Browser type, device type, and operating system
- Authentication cookies and session tokens
2. What We Do NOT Collect
We deliberately avoid collecting sensitive financial data:
- No brokerage credentials — we never ask for your brokerage username, password, or API keys.
- No actual trading history — we only track ideas you manually log in our shadow trade system.
- No payment card data — Stripe processes all payments. We never see, transmit, or store your card numbers, CVV, or full billing details.
- No Social Security Numbers or government IDs.
- No financial account numbers of any kind.
3. How We Use Your Data
Service delivery — authenticating your account, delivering trading ideas, running the AI chat, sending alerts, and managing your subscription.
Model improvement — your anonymized, aggregated shadow trade and usage data helps us improve our screening algorithms and probability models. Individual data is never attributed back to you in this process.
Notifications — delivering alerts via email and Telegram based on your notification preferences.
Security and fraud prevention — detecting unauthorized access, credential sharing, and abuse.
Legal compliance — retaining records as required by applicable law.
5. Data Retention
Account data, tracked ideas, chat history, and shadow trade records are retained for as long as your account is active.
Upon account closure or deletion, your personal data is deleted within 30 days, except where we are required to retain records for legal, regulatory, or fraud prevention purposes (typically up to 7 years for billing records).
Anonymized, aggregated usage data (which cannot be linked back to you) may be retained indefinitely for platform improvement purposes.
6. Your Rights (CCPA / GDPR)
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Request deletion of your account and associated personal data.
Request a portable export of your tracked ideas and shadow trade data.
Update or correct inaccurate personal data in your account settings.
Object to certain processing of your data, including use in model improvement.

8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform.
