Terms of Service

7xOptions provides trading ideas, market analysis tools, and educational content to help subscribers understand options markets and develop their own trading strategies. The platform includes catalyst screening, AI-powered strategy analysis, shadow trade simulation, and educational resources.

7xOptions is an information and education service. We are not a broker-dealer, investment advisor, or financial planner. Nothing on this platform constitutes personalized investment advice, a solicitation to buy or sell any security, or a recommendation to engage in any specific trading strategy.

You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. By using 7xOptions, you acknowledge that:

• You make all final trading decisions independently, without reliance on 7xOptions content as advice.
• You understand the risks associated with options trading, including the potential to lose more than your initial investment.
• You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
• You will not use the platform to engage in any illegal activity, market manipulation, or violation of securities laws.
• You are of legal age to enter into contracts and to trade securities in your jurisdiction.
• You will keep your account credentials confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Tracked ideas and shadow trade outcomes are hypothetical and for educational purposes only. Shadow trades are simulated positions that track how a trading idea would have performed — they do not represent actual trades executed in any brokerage account.

Hypothetical performance results have inherent limitations and do not reflect actual trading. Simulated results do not account for slippage, commissions, bid-ask spreads, liquidity constraints, or the psychological factors that affect real trading decisions. Actual results will differ — often materially — from hypothetical outcomes.

All exit guidance including hold times, profit targets, and stop-loss levels are estimates based on historical patterns and statistical models. They are not guarantees of future outcomes.

Billing and Auto-Renewal

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize 7xOptions to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You will receive a reminder before renewal when required by applicable law.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@7xoptions.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to paid features until the period ends.

Refunds

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law. Annual subscriptions cancelled within 14 days of initial purchase are eligible for a prorated refund for the unused portion of the subscription term. Refunds after 14 days are granted at 7xOptions' discretion on a case-by-case basis.

Pricing Changes

We may modify subscription pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Price changes take effect at your next renewal. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

• One account per person. Multiple accounts for the same individual are prohibited.
• Account credentials may not be shared with any other person.
• Subscription access may not be resold, sublicensed, or transferred to any third party.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Accounts suspected of credential sharing, scraping, or unauthorized redistribution of platform content will be suspended immediately without refund.

By using 7xOptions, you grant us a limited license to use your tracked idea data, shadow trade activity, and platform usage data to improve our models and services. This data is used only in anonymized, aggregated form — it is never sold to third parties, attributed to you personally, or used to make trading decisions on your behalf.

All platform content — including but not limited to trading ideas, strategy analysis, educational content, software, algorithms, and branding — is the proprietary property of 7xOptions or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, scrape, or create derivative works from any platform content without our express written consent.

You retain ownership of any data you submit to the platform (such as your tracked ideas and annotations). By submitting that data, you grant 7xOptions the rights described in Section 7.

7xOptions reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms of Service, including but not limited to:

• Credential sharing or account resale
• Automated scraping or data extraction
• Abuse of the AI chat or platform tools
• Misrepresentation of affiliation or identity
• Any use that violates applicable law

Upon termination for cause, no refund will be issued for any remaining subscription period. Termination for any other reason will result in a prorated refund of any prepaid subscription fees at our discretion.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of 7xOptions shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Charlotte, North Carolina.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER: You waive any right to participate in any class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding. All disputes must be brought in your individual capacity only.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
